ICAM for professionals: a new graphic design and many new products for the next season

With the Agostoni and ICAM Professional brands we develop products aimed at excellence, innovation and high-performance, which guarantee the best use in chocolate, pastry and gelato shops.

Over the years we have been able to constantly renew ourselves, remaining faithful to the values ​​that have characterized us since our foundation: quality, innovation, reliability, respect for the environment and people. This care, rooted in our DNA, has guided a process of renewal and expansion of the professional range.

Always in constant evolution, ICAM Professional presents itself both with an expansion of its product range and with a new graphic design: a modern and minimal concept that winks at the history and values ​​of the company, designed to further increase the appeal and perception of premiumness. In particular, the vertical graphic element, created with the red and gold colours of the ICAM logo, recalls tradition, while elegant and rational labels in pastel tones helps to differentiate the products. 

In addition to the graphic restyling, ICAM Professional presents new products, suitable for the creativity of the professionals. Among the chocolates, the brand introduces Onice dark chocolate 70% with an intense flavour; Cristallo White Chocolate, versatile and customisable, and the Caramel Milk 33%, a milk chocolate with caramel characterized by an intense toffee flavour and a pleasant salty touch at the end. The Chocolate Nuances range, the innovative line designed for baking and versatile in different applications, is enriched by the lemon reference, white chocolate chunks with a typical acidic, fresh and fruity aftertaste.

The Agostoni brand also sees an expansion of its offer, focusing on new and evocative countries of origin that increase the range with high-value references. Agostoni chocolates, in fact, are born from the search of cocoa with extraordinary aromatic profiles, from carefully selected plantations, combined with the scrupulous application of modern and sustainable production techniques, with the aim of creating a range of chocolates with a complex and authentic taste profile and excellent technical performance.

Among the new products, we present the Dark Chocolate Grand Cru Idukki 67%, which comes from an Indian cocoa from the Idukki district; it is characterized by a rich, well-balanced aromatic profile and a floral aftertaste, giving life to the first oriental reference of the Agostoni brand.

From the North of Bolivia, a Dark Chocolate Single Origin Bolivia 73%, characterized by a typical hint of dried fruit. The brand also expands the range of Cocoa Pastes with two references from Guatemala and Peru, respectively Grand Cru Chimelb and Single Origin Marañón. The new products are completed by the Single Origin Dominican Cocoa Powder, with an intense and enveloping flavour.
