ICAM, in the Roof Garden of the Italian Districts of Cocoa and Chocolate, in Expo Milano 2015, involved a group of people in a tasting event with the new Icam premium range of chocolate, Vanini, and the coffee of Caffè Milani.
Using a new pairing wheel developed by a Research Center of Tasters, with the support of the International Institute of Coffee Tasters and Storytellers of Taste, an interesting combination such as the one with Dark Chocolate with Cocoa Beans and an Ethiopian coffee was offered.
Two successful events have been already done and others are scheduled.
